I'm Rhi and I lead all Crew Placement operations, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of crew recruitment and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
With a strong focus on structure, efficiency, and quality, I manage operational processes, support the team, and ensure consistent high standards across all placements, particularly within specialist and high-demand roles.
Having originally joined the business as a Recruitment Consultant, I progressed into a senior leadership role, playing a key part in developing internal processes and supporting growth. In 2025, I stepped into my current position, taking full ownership of crew placement operations.
While the primary focus is now on crew placement, I remains closely connected to the wider business and continue to support on select specialist roles where her expertise is most valuable.
Prior to recruitment, I worked within the criminal justice system after completing both a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s in Law and Criminal Justice, shaping my analytical approach and attention to detail.
Outside of work, I enjoy travel and the outdoors, having explored 22 countries and always seeking new hiking routes. I was also a competitive cheerleader, developing the teamwork, discipline, and resilience I bring into my role today.
