I’m the Head of Operations and Delivery at Personal Staffing, where my focus is on ensuring every placement is executed with precision, care, and a genuinely personal touch.
My recruitment journey began with our sister company, Crew & Concierge, where I developed the discretion, attention to detail, and intuition needed to support UHNW clients. Since then, I’ve expanded my experience across high-intensity sectors including Tech, IT, and Oil and Gas, gaining a strong understanding of fast-paced and complex hiring environments.
Over the past four years, I’ve specialised in Learning and Development, training recruiters to perform at the highest level. This has given me a strategic, big-picture approach to operations, allowing me to ensure that both client expectations and candidate experience remain at the centre of everything we do.
Alongside leading Operations and Delivery, I also head up our PA and EA division. I’m responsible for recruiting across these roles, organising events, and building a strong, connected community within this space. I’m particularly excited about continuing to grow this area and enhancing the support we offer.
Outside of work, I enjoy working my way through kickboxing belt levels and spending time at the racetrack watching motorbikes. On quieter days, I love the simple things—getting stuck into a good book, spending time with my cat Nox, and baking sweet treats for the team.
